Well I'm not going to compare bands! I will say this though - Thin Lizzy were definitely one of the better rock bands to see live back in the 70's - If you have "Live & Dangerous" you will understand why! They always put everything they had into their shows - & did their very best to give their fans the best show possible.... That is why whenever you watch or see a video of them performing live the fans are always into it & the show is very energetic! Phil Lynott was great man R.I.P.!

Emerald is an immensely amazing piece of music definitely shows Thin Lizzy to be one of the early founders of what is now known as hard rock or metal!
