I think the skin looked great, the eyes a bit too unrealistic in colouring and such and beware with the nose, it can easily become Michael Jackson'ish when photoshopped-

Great techniques,but its not really a makeover your basically changing her face completely.I would not attempted much with eyes.

He's using quick mask(Q) to select it, then go into edit > transform > warp(or enter free transform and right click the box) for the lattice. |
