Legal, but people should still not have to look out to make sure they're buying "pictures"Anybody that even thinks of doing that is obviously trying to scam whether it is legal nor not, WHO wants to buy a picture unless it genuinely is an art picture?? I think she'd of been busted whether it said 5 ounces or not. :P

The mother and daughter have to be partly to blame here as well if the ad did say "you are bidding for photos of so and so cell phones". Where Kelli went wrong is the weight of the items being bid on. If she had inputted the weight of the paper correctly, there is no harm is putting pictures of cell phones up for any price as long as you clearly define it as a picture and have the proper description. It's sneaky and underhanded in hoping to catch an oblivious buyer, but it's legal.
