This is a masterful peice of work (especially the long version)! I love it. I think you may have a future in film! Will you do any more like this? someone below mentioned Steam Wars for STar Wars; that would be funny too!! Great job!

What a coincidence! I'm currently writing a steampunk novel about a steam powered spacecraft, which is just like your "Steamterprise", except with my book, it has less comedic moments, but I think I should add a few "redshirts" in. Speaking of redshirts,Great thinking with them! I was hysterical when I saw the target!
